With exercise and physical activity being more than just a passion, but a key ingredient in his life, Kaveh brings over 10 years of experience in the health industry, working as a Personal Trainer, Exercise Physiologist, and Physiotherapist. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science, a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, and a Doctor of Physiotherapy, Kaveh has developed a deep understanding of the body’s response to exercise, rehabilitation, and injury prevention.

Throughout his career, Kaveh has worked professionally in various settings, including musculoskeletal, neurological, sports injury, and chronic disease management. With over 1000 hours of clinical placement in private and public hospitals, spinal cord injury units, ICU, trauma, aged care, and rehabilitation, he’s gained invaluable experience in treating patients across diverse and challenging environments.

Kaveh played soccer in New South Wales for over 15 years, competing in top leagues throughout his youth career and finishing at a semi-professional level. After transitioning to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu over the past 8 years, he has earned his purple belt (4 stripes) and aspires to achieve his black belt in the future. Having experienced the demands of training and competing at a high level, Kaveh’s journey has shaped his understanding of sport-specific training and injury prevention, ensuring athletes perform at their best while minimising the risk of injury.

In 2019, Kaveh founded Stand Sure Physiotherapy, bringing his expertise to offer high-quality clinical care. Now, he’s teaming up with Tonu Liiband to bring On Track Online Training to individuals of all backgrounds, providing expert guidance and support for anyone looking to optimise their physical heath or performance.
